Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Pencl service operated by Pencl Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.

2. Billing

Pencl is £25 per seat per month plus a 1.5% Stripe Connect platform fee on payments processed. We bill monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the survey content, quotes and customer data you create in Pencl. You grant Pencl a licence to process and display that content as needed to provide the service.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime.

5. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
